Hamara maqsad aap tak behtareen quality pohnchana hai. Agar aap ko parcel mein koi masla lagta hai, toh aap niche di gayi policy ke mutabiq return kar sakte hain:

  • Damage Claim & Proof (Bohat Zaruri): Return tabhi accept kiya jayega agar aap ke paas Parcel Opening Video ba-tour saboot (proof) mojood hogi. Hum guzarish karte hain ke jab aap ko courier mile, toh usay kholte waqt video lazmi banayein taake kisi bhi damage ya missing item ki surat mein aap ke paas proof ho.

  • Condition of the Bag: Bags bilkul brand new aur unused halat mein hone chahiye. Kisi bhi qism ki crease, scratches, ya leather damage ki surat mein return accept nahi kiya jayega.

  • Original Packaging: Bag ke sath uska original tag, QR code, dust bag, aur The Bag Store ka premium magnetic box hona lazmi hai.

  • Return Process: Damage ki surat mein aap delivery ke 24 ghanton ke andar hamare WhatsApp par video proof share karein. Approval ke baad aap ko item wapis dispatch karna hoga, jiski quality check ke baad aap ka refund ya exchange process kiya jayega.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the exclusivity and pristine quality of our pieces, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items showing any visible signs of wear, scratches, or missing hardware.

  • Final sale or promotional clearance items.

  • Damaged items due to customer mishandling.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Drop us an email at support@thebagstore.com (or message our official WhatsApp support) with your Order ID and the reason for your return/exchange.

  2. Inspection Approval: Once our quality control team reviews your request, we will provide you with the return shipping details.

  3. Pack Safely: Securely pack the bag inside its original brand box to prevent any transit damage.

4. Refunds & Processing

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will send you an email notification confirming its arrival and approval status.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days back to your original payment method (or via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders).

  • Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return return-shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective from our end.
